  • Logos or brand marks may be blurred, cropped, or omitted from product photos to comply with copyright restrictions.

  • Final products will reflect the intended design and quality, as outlined in the listing title and description.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped directly from our suppliers overseas (mainly via DHGate).

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and an average of 7–21 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

  • Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or international shipping constraints.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is processed.

❌ Refund & Return Policy

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Sizing issues (please read the size guide carefully).

    • Change-of-mind or preference-based returns.

  • Refunds are only granted in these cases:

    • Your item is severely damaged or defective.

    • You received the wrong item (style/size entirely incorrect).

If you believe your case qualifies, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.

No refunds or exchanges are provided for sizing, preference, or shipping delays.

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll review and respond within 2–3 business days.
